This bar uses cocoa from the Zorzal Reserve.In this 1,019-acre bird sanctuary in the northern mountains of the Dominican Republic produces only organic cocoa. This is where the rare songbird Bicknell’s dwarf thrush winters after which the reserve is named.Zorzal is the Spanish word for dwarf thrush.
