Krak Tanzania Kokoa Kamili 70% is a single origin chocolate bar with only two ingredients: cocoa and cane sugar. All bars are handmade in Ermelo by master pastry chef Mark Schimmel. This Tanzanian bar is a chocolate with top notes of fruit. We tasted: goji berries, red fruits, apple and a slight woodiness.

Vegan, no nuts, soy, milk or gluten.

About Krak Chocolate
Before he applied his talents to create chocolates, Mark Schimmel worked as a renowned pastry chef. He learned the trade in three-star Michelin restaurants before working as head pastry chef in a two-star restaurant. There, he developed a love for chocolate. He was keen to learn about any chocolate's history before using it in the kitchen. He established Krak in order to foreground the origin of different chocolates. His bars allow you to experience and appreciate that even the tiniest adjustments in a recipe can drastically change a bar's flavor.
