Alam Korintji, also called Alko Cooperative, is a cooperative with about 400 members who together grow about 320 hectares of coffee. This coffee grows at 1300 to 1650 meters above sea level and comes from mixed varieties, but mainly Sigararutang and Andung Sari. The coffee berries are sorted while floating and then dried as one layer in greenhouses for five days. Then the layers are slowly increased. The drying process takes about 25 days in total.
