Daterra has a large coffee field in Patrocinio where several varieties grow. This coffee is a selection of the sweetest coffee cherries, which is why Daterra calls it their &#8220;Sweet Collection. The selection is based on the flavour profile, which means sweet milk chocolate, tangerine and peach for the Sweet Collection.<\/p>\n<p>More than half of Daterra&#8217;s acreage is a national nature reserve.
