Frequently asked questions about paying and ordering

We accept iDeal and PayPal payments. All transactions take pace in a secure payment environment. Your transaction data will be sent through an encrypted SSL connection. Look for the little lock in your browser to identify a safe SSL connection.
  • We accept PIN and cash in store. Let us know which webshop products you would like and we will ready them for pick up.
Should your payment through iDeal or PayPal fail, return to your order via the order confirmation in your e-mail inbox. This will allow you to finish the payment.
  • Did you not receive an order confirmation. You will usually receive it within an hour. Check your spam box.
  • You can also login via the website when you have an account. Find your ordered products under 'My Account' and pay. You can also place your order again.
  • Does this not work either? Transfer the due amount to: NL 39 TRIO 0786818522 in the name of Evermore under mention of the order number.
  • Call us during office hours: 010 – 440 23 24
You will receive an email confirmation directly after placing an online order. This confirmation contains the order's details. Did you not receive an information? You will usually receive it within an hour. Check your spam box.
  • Your order will only be shipped upon receipt of payment. Did you not pay yet, but did you receive an e-mail confirmation anyway? Please return to your order (you can view your order via a link in the e-mail confirmation or check under 'my account' on the website). Orders that have not been paid for can be paid for by clicking the iDeal logo.
  • You will receive an e-mail as soon as the order has been shipped. We also include a barcode for tracking and tracing in the email.
Upon receipt of your order and payment, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your order status has been changed to 'Confirmed'. As soon as we ship your order, we modify the status to 'Sent'. You can track your order's status in your account.
  • Is your order a parcel? You will receive a 'Track & Trace' barcode that allows you to track your order's journey. You will receive the barcode in a separate e-mail.
This is how you track your parcel:
  • Go to evermore.myparcel.me
  • Enter your postal code and barcode;
  • Your order's status will appear on your screen.
You can only modify your order when you have not yet received an order confirmation. You can easily modify your order by placing and removing products in your shopping cart. Following this, complete your payment according to the steps in the menu.
  • Did you already pay? It's not possible to manually change your order after payment. Please place a new order as soon as possible and add a note telling us to ship the new products at the same time or instead of the previous order. The overpaid amount will be deposited in the bank account used for payment.
  • PLEASE NOTE: cancelling an order IS possible after payment. We will refund the amount to the account used to pay through iDeal or PayPal or on any account specified by you. Please contact us when you have received an order confirmation and wish to modify your order.
You can gift Evermore products like so:
  1. Select a delivery address different from the billing address;
  2. Specifiy your order as a gift in the field 'remarks';
  3. Feel free to add a message in the field 'remarks'. We will print this message on a card.
Every order comes with a 14 day right of return, for any reason. The conditions are:
  • The item must not be damaged and must be complete;
  • The product must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging;
  • Opened packaging containing food items cannot be returned;
  • Returns are at your own expense.
You can then choose another product, or we will refund the original purchase amount within 14 working days to the account you paid with. Would you rather exchange your products in our store? Of course you can. Show us the order confirmation from your mailbox in the store and we will take care of the rest.

 

Frequently asked questions about delivery and pick-up

The average delivery time is 1 to 4 days. For bike deliveries we try to uphold the same delivery time in the postal code area 3010-3042.
  • Please note: coffee is a fresh product and is roasted fresh every Wednesday. For this reason, coffee is delivered later in the week.
  • Some products carry a longer delivery time. This might be because we don't have it in stock or for another reason. We will contact you in this case.
Evermore uses the following shipping rates:
    The Netherlands:
  • FREE - orders above €75,-
  • FREE - orders within postal code area 3010-3042 (Due to COVID-19: free deliveries citywide in Rotterdam)
  • €4,84 - for deliveries up to 250 grams that fit through the mail slot
  • €7,32 - for deliveries that don't fit through the mail slot
All international shipping rates can be found under the following question.
Yes, we ship to all European Union member states, Andorra, Norway, Liechtenstein, Serbia, Switzerland, Vatican City and the United Kingdom. We charge specific international rates set by PostNL for each country. The shipping rates will be settled during payment. Free shipping for orders of more than €75,- does not apply to international shipments. We use the following shipping rates in 2020:

You will not pay any shipping costs. We will contact you about a pick-up moment.

 

Frequently asked questions about accounts and preferences

No, you are not obligated to create an account. You do have to register as a customer for one time only, just to ensure that we have enough data to ship your order.
  • We do urge you to create an account. This makes ordering easier and will, should something go wrong with your order, make it easier for us to find your information and help you.
Click 'Forgot your password?' when trying to log in. Fill in your email address and a new password will be sent to you.

In 2007, the 'Groenjaar' took place in Rotterdam. We were asked to express the theme 'green' during the Verborgen Tuinen festival. What is or what was once green and is the most imbibed plant in the world? On September 9, 2008 we registered with the Chamber of Commerce.
