Evermore has a variety of teas from India. The best-known regions are Assam and Darjeeling, where the annual First Flush (first tea pick) comes from. Traditionally, April/May is the start of the tea season, and tea is flown in directly. Tea houses compete to see who gets it first. Will it be us next year?
