Ethiopia Sidama Bombe Washed Coffee Beans

Price range: €11.00 through €38.50

The Abore washing station, where this coffee was produced, gets its name from a nearby bridge that was dedicated to a local chief. The station produces both natural and washed coffees sourced from around 1,022 smallholder farmers in the area, with 100 drying beds and 13 washing tanks to support the processes. Naturals are dried on raised beds for 16–25 days, while washed lots like this one undergo 36–72 hours of fermentation before drying, with careful handling throughout.

Abore is managed by Daye Bensa, a well-established Ethiopian export company known for quality, traceability, sustainability, and long-term relationships.
