This coffee comes from the Daterra farms in Patrocinio, Minas Gerais. Daterra has a large coffee field in Patrocinio where several varieties grow. This coffee is a selection of the sweetest coffee cherries, which is why Daterra calls it their “Sweet Collection. The selection is based on the flavour profile, which means sweet milk chocolate, tangerine and peach for the Sweet Collection.
More than half of Daterra’s acreage is a national nature reserve. The coffee is Rain Forest Alliance certified.
