Nicaragua Don Isidro Coffee beans

Don Isidro’s name has been known for years because his high-altitude-grown Caturra coffee is talked about so highly. And now we have finally managed to get hold of a few bags.

Here with a picture of this friendly Don Isidro. He has implemented water-saving measures at the washing station on his own initiative, among others, and is thus also environmentally conscious. This also adds to the flavour. It is a complex delicious coffee with flavours like cherry, spice and jasmine combined!

This Nicaragua Don Isidro is a washed coffee of the varieties: Red Catuai, Caturra, Yellow Caturra, Bourbon. Don Isidro’s coffee plants grow at an altitude of 1,500 metres.
