Isimbi is the Kinyarwanda word for the white at the top of a volcano, which refers to something that’s pure. This blend was sourced from smallholders in Rwanda with IMPACT verification procedures that focus on improving carbon emissions, human rights, regenerative agriculture, living income, and deforestation, based on standards set by the exporter’s IMPACT initiative. This sourcing practice enables farmers to access new markets for their coffee and increase their livelihoods, while making a bigger positive impact through their work.
