Georgia Ramon Haiti 80% BIO is an organic chocolate bar made from Trinitario and Criollo cocoa beans from Haiti. The Trinitario and Criollo cocoa beans are only mildly roasted.
Under the name PISA (Produits des Iles SA), a production facility started in 2014 in northern Haiti, the centre of cocoa cultivation. The central production facility has totally transformed cocoa production in Haiti. Previously, the entire crop of dry, unfermented and low-quality cocoa was bought up by a few companies. Since farmers can join PISA, wet cocoa is fermented immediately in Haiti. This ensures that quality control takes place domestically and thus more is paid for higher-quality production.
PISA currently has more than 1,500 member farmers earning on average four times more than before. They are also working together to preserve biodiversity in the country.

Cocoa mass (Trinitario and Criollo beans) from Haiti, raw cane sugar, cocoa butter. Store in a dark and dry place. Guaranteed gluten-free. May contain traces of nuts and milk.
