Red Ruby #18 is a sweet black tea from the famous Ruby #18 cultivar from the vicinity of Sun Moon Lake in Nantou, Taiwan.
The Ruby #18 cultivar was developed in Nantou at Taiwan’s Tea Research and Extension Station as a cross between a Taiwanese wild tea bush and a Burmese Camellia Assamica.
